ATLANTA BASED COMPANY CELEBRATES 15 YEARS OF BUSINESS

Leadership Strategies, Inc. – The Facilitation Company, an Atlanta based company, is celebrating 15 years of business with an Open House on Saturday, April 12, 2008. The Open House will showcase where they’ve been, where they’re at and where they’re heading and will offer a grand finale to the close of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) North American Conference being held that week here in Atlanta.

Leadership Strategies, Inc. opened their doors for business in April of 1993 with a staff of two: Michael Wilkinson, Owner/CEO, and his wife Sherry. Fifteen years later, Leadership Strategies, Inc. has grown to a core team of 25 as well as a database of 340 approved facilitators across the country (National Facilitators Database). Their headquarters is in the Perimeter Center area.

Michael Wilkinson attributes his company’s success to “…the PDI difference. Our clients tell us that our offerings are practical and produce results. Our facilitators receive rave reviews for their dynamic and energetic style. Our facilitation and training are highly interactive and use proven methods for successful integration and application.” He also credits a key start in his career path, when growing up in government housing in Washington, DC, to a scholarship from UPS to attend Dartmouth College.
