Call for Entries: Short Film Competition 2008 (New York Korean Film Festival)

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 8, 2008 -- Call for Entries: Short Film Competition 2008

The New York Korean Film Festival’s annual short film competition is back for 2008 and we are looking for the best Korean American or Korea-related short films on offer. If you are a Korean American filmmaker, or an artist whose short film deals with a subject relevant to Korea, you are invited to submit your work. All selected filmmakers will have the opportunity to personally introduce their work to the audience, and promote their film at one of the largest film festivals of its kind in the country. The best short film in competition will receive a $1000 prize. The runner-up will receive $500. Both films will receive an official New York Korean Film Festival trophy.

Submit your film by the early deadline (May 30, 2008) or the late deadline (June 30, 2008), but be sure to submit it!
