KTwo Technology Solutions (KTwo) has completed its first year of operations. The audited financials were taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, April 08, 2008. For the year ending March 31, 2008 KTwo achieved US$ 1.58 M and achieved break-even in the first year itself.

Mr. Anant Koppar, Chairman & CEO of KTwo says with confidence that consistent quarter-on-quarter growth both in terms of revenues as well as profitability and an operating margin of 11.2% signify a very good beginning for KTwo. KTwo has added 13 clients in this year with a product to solutions revenue mix of 70:30.

Opening a Centre of Excellence at Belgaum and achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification within nine months have all made an eventful first year for KTwo. KTwo has expanded its Sales team with the worldwide Sales & Marketing Head based in London and Regional Sales Manager based in California.

According to Koppar, KTwo’s strong showing comes from its judicious mix of products and solutions for providing Last Metre Connectivity™ to Healthcare, Automotive and Mobile Enterprises. KTwo has attracted several middle level managers to join and has built strong team of 150 professionals engaged in challenging and enjoyable work.

KTwo is the first partner for design & manufacture of modules for Texas Instruments’ Bluetooth Applications Business. KTwo is also a member of Intel India Design House Program and is a Microsoft Embedded Partner.
