Tim Greig is the newest coach to join Bruce Doyle’s ActionCOACH business coaching firm. He will be operating from the suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.
A former Life Coach, Greig approached ActionCOACH to help him with his life coaching business. “I was seeing clients who all had businesses and I wished to give them more help,” he said.
He was so impressed by the ActionCOACH culture, tools and resources that he decided to join the company.
“I was greatly impressed that ActionCOACH provides far more than just business coaching; it emphasizes personal development in both the client and the coach. Our awards and recognition are also very impressive,” he said.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Greig worked for nine years as an IT Manager for a large earthmoving and mining company. “I ran and supported a small team providing resources to our operations in mostly, remote parts of Australia. I also ran their Quality Management Department for 18 months,” he said.
Greig has also owned and operated several small boating businesses.
Greig was instrumental in growing the IT resources to support the rapid expansion of the company using a minimum of resources. He also helped in providing a fast rollout of IT infrastructure at each remote site.
“One of my strongest values is self determination; the value that empowers people to go out on their own and make a happy and abundant life for themselves and their family,” he said.
While Greig was trained primarily as an IT technician, he moved into IT Management because his greatest strength was in dealing with people. He has been helping and coaching people all his life, be it life coaching, where he helped his clients reach their personal and professional goals; or personal training, where he helped his clients reach their health and fitness goals.
