South Florida Siberian Husky Rescue Holds Charity Dog Wash
The south Florida Siberian Husky Rescue is holding a charity dog wash April 26th from 10am until 3pm. The event will be held at VCA Hillsboro Animal Hospital, 4181 West Hillsboro Blvd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073.
South Florida Siberian Husky Rescue, Inc. benefits homeless and abused huskies in the South Florida area. They are a 501(c) (3) not -for -profit organization comprised of entirely volunteers and operates strictly off donations. Their mission is to rescue stray, abused and surrendered purebred Siberian Huskies, provide medical care and behavioral rehabilitation as needed until suitable homes are found. All dogs placed by us will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
This has been a trying year for these animals. More and more dogs are being surrendered and or abused and that means our expenses are unusually high.
The rescue raises funds through private and corporate donations and by working local animal related fairs and shows. All contributions received benefit the huskies within the program exclusively. Currently, funding is running at an all time low-the homeless huskies are depending on them.
