Fierce Planet Adventures Meetup group is rafting the Brown's Canyon section of the Arkansas River on June 7, 2008. The Denver area based group is turning up the fun by rafting all eight major rapids.

This trip is for anyone that wants to experience the Arkansas River during what is expected to be peak flow and take in all 8 major rapids and numerous smaller rapids of Browns Canyon. Even though this should be a wild ride it is suitable for beginners.
Brown's Canyon features some of the best whitewater in Colorado. The plunge through Pinball, Zoom Flume, Big Drop, Staircase, Widowmaker, Raft Ripper, Seidel's Suckhole and Twin Falls will be an experience you will never forget.
Fierce Planet Adventures is about meeting up with people who love adventures like climbing, mountaineering, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking and zip lines to name a few. Whether you are new to outdoor adventures, a seasoned veteran, you are welcome to join our group.
