There were a total of 1,344 entries, in almost 100 categories, for this year’s competition. BOLI is a nationally recognized advertising and marketing awards program that attracts participation from agencies, corporate marketers and suppliers industry wide. The competition represents the best advertising and marketing created on Long Island, by Long Islanders. Internet entries were judged based on overall creative excellence, visual creative design, content, functionality, structure/navigation, and interactivity. Based on the judges' cumulative scores in each category, finalists qualify for Best of Category statue or one of the three designated Certificates of Excellence: Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The award ceremony will take place on May 19 at Crest Hollow Country Club.
