FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 23, 2008 --
Fort Myers: Two innovative new programs, just released on the market, assist Florida homeowners and investors facing property foreclosure in saving their homes, money, investment and credit rating.
The programs, Deed in Reduction™ and Modification in Lieu™ (www.deedinreduction.com) were developed by veteran Fort Myers Real Estate Attorney, Kevin F. Jursinski and are marketed by Deed in Reduction, LLC.
The DVD program is a step-by-step, affordable, do-it-yourself approach for the average homeowner and/or investor. Users will learn how to proactively resolve an impending foreclosure with their Mortgage Lender quickly, affordably and outside of the court system. Deed in Reduction™ and Modification in Lieu™ arms users with information to:
• Eliminate/Stop a Foreclosure Action
• Avoid a Foreclosure Judgment
• Avoid a Deficiency Judgment
• Proactively engage a Lender to modify a Mortgage
Recently, the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area received the undistinguished ranking as the nation’s epicenter for property foreclosures. In response, Florida’s Governor, Charlie Crist created the Florida Home Ownership Promotes Economy (HOPE) Task Force. The Task Force invited Kevin F. Jursinski as an expert in foreclosures and potential solutions to present the Deed In Reduction™ & Modification In Lieu™ programs. The Task Force learned the Deed in Reduction™ & Modification In Lieu™ programs benefit the State of Florida in four ways:
• They benefit the Borrower by empowering them to proactively address and negotiate any mortgage payment deficiency. Thereby, possibly saving their home and/or thousands of dollars.
• They benefit the Lender by either receiving their collateral back or receiving some form of payment; not having to initiate a legal lawsuit; or incur additional costs all while disposing of the property easily.
• They benefit the economy by allowing the Lender to recover properties with less expense and drag on the economy while putting the property back into the marketplace.
• Finally, they benefit the legal system by reducing the number of foreclosure cases filed, unclogging the court system, and keeps court costs at a minimum.
