The UNvelope is a self-contained direct mail envelope and letter in ONE piece. This direct mail product includes the outer envelope, personalized letter, personalized reply device and reply envelope in one piece with absolutely no matching, inserting OR ENVELOPE PRINTING!

How is this possible? Because the UNvelope is not an envelope… or a letter. It is BOTH combined into a single direct mail piece. Each UNvelope is printed flat and THEN converted into an envelope. The key is the conversion process. When property designed and printed, a single sheet of paper (either 8-1/12”x11 or 8-1/2”x14”) can be printed and personalized in a one step, and converted into the multi-task envelope in the final process.

The most efficient product to come along since an archaic form was introduced by Ecocenter Corporation in the early 90’s, the UNvelope can now be produced with ease given the right programming, database and conceptual design. The UNvelope includes:

- Original layout, design and copywriting (or you can supply your own in a Word of RTF format)
- Scanned logo or other images (or Daba can create custom images and logos)
- Personalization using your supplied database (or Daba can locate the proper database for you)

- Printing and converting into the UNvelope and distribution

The UNvelope eliminates the need for printing and matching of separate letters, reply devices and outer envelopes. Printing and personalization, including variable color printing, can all be handled in a single pass, potentially eliminating the need for preprinting. The flat sheet is then converted into The UNvelope.

Created as a cost-effective alternative to traditional three-piece mailings (letter, reply device outer envelope), this product can be produced in a variety of finished sizes, printing simplex or duplex.
