I joined (..) in Saudi Arabia in 1996 where every two years, my iqama ( Residency ) is renewed on the basis that the
company desires my advanced education ( Masters in Accounting from Florida State University
and my long experience in financial analysis and auditing . This rule continues for ten years as

Financial Specialist ( according to my Iqama), and Internal Auditor-In-charge (manager) accordingly.

1. Even, I am considered from Top Executive Management ( where no Saudi capable to replace me),
as other colleagues, Accounts Manager, Financial Manager, & Budget Manager .

2. Even, I become 60 years old, the company renewed my Iqama (contract) "Twice" until I become
64 years old which will prove company's desire until 20/7/1429 or 15/7/2008 .
( the company claim I am over 60 years, but renewed my Iqama "twice" ) .

3. The company claim that its decision is based on "losing projects", where as they won in the
same month 3.0 three billion Saudi Riyal 's projects . In addition, my colleagues, I mention
above are still working and some of them is over 70 years old .

All what I am asking , is "Justice" , and your help that my company pay me all my dues and
salaries until my "End of Contract" in 15/7/2008 . ($ 280,000.=)

I have already hired a Saudi Attorney, and I am afraid that he is not defending me honestly,
where I see is written on papers sounds good, and what's said verbally inside the court

against the truth and facts . I need any one of AIUSA or U.S. Embassy in Riyadh to attend
The hearing on 30 / 7 /2008 .
Honestly, I believe that you can help me , to gain some Justice in Saudia
attend and listen to above facts in " Riyadh Supreme Court of Appeal", who postpone the hearing after
I fired my old attorney . Next hearing in the Supreme Court is 30 / 7 / 2008 at 10:00 am
