United States of America (Press Release) May 1, 2008 --
Nearly seven years after the September 11th attacks of 2001, support for the New York Firemen who risked their lives to save others has not diminished. That is, judging by the sales of FDNY memorabilia.
New York Clothing store, R.A.G. New York has seen no change in its sales of FDNY sweatshirts or t-shirts since fall of 2001. "They are selling just as well as they always have," says owner Jason Greenstein, "We never keep those on the shelves for very long."
Although support for the Bush administration has crumbled in the years since the September 11, 2001 attacks, shoppers appear to continue supporting the firemen who put their lives on the line that day.
