This "bootcamp" is designed to increase energy, muscle tone, flexibility and decrease body fat using cardio and body weight body sculpting.

Embrace Your Body by Karen has created "It's Crunch Time Camp" using body weight body sculpting with a mixture of cardio drills. This intense camp is 4 weeks with 3 45 min. classes per week. This program will improve your muscle tone, increase your energy, strength, agility and flexibility and decrease body fat percentage.
Karen Roy is a certified group fitness instructor with Totally Kickin' Fitness (144 Main Street, East Hartford, CT)training with Kelly Kohler, owner of TKF and creator of a variety of total body conditioning programs. Karen specializes in cardio kcikboxing, resistance band training and body sculpting and is a personal fashion and fitness trainer as well.
