Little Briar is a 2 bedroom, south facing, stone cottage that sleeps 4. Guests will enjoy unrivalled views and access to the shores of Loch Earn, famous for brown trout and salmon fishing, water sports, clan folklore stories and its visiting osprey’s.
The cottage has an ornamental garden and is elevated within the owners 2 acre garden alongside their B listed thatched cottage, a 250ft loch front garden, jetty, slipway, 3 mooring buoys and summer house. The site was once owned by Macgregor’s, later by the Duke of Breadalbane descended from the Campbell’s and latterly by MacLaren's.

Ramblers and climbers have an excellent choice of routes and munro's and there are 8 golf courses within half an hours drive. In addition to local wildlife centres, ospreys can currently be seen fishing on the Loch and you are never too far away from deer if you look closely.

to breathe fresh air and relax in natural surroundings.
Within 200 metres of the cottage are 2 hotels and the water sports centre café overlooking the Loch. Children and dogs are made welcome. Within a 15 mile radius an array of café’s, award winning pubs, chef owned hotels and fine dining establishments can be found.
