The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) establishes international reference standards for quality management and continuous improvement, and ISO 9001:2000 provides a comprehensive and rigorous framework for assessing the consistency of an organization's processes and its ability to meet customer expectations.

In order to obtain ISO certification iLink had to demonstrate that its service delivery processes meet the ISO's objective quality standards.
