These quick massages are delivered in a short amount of time and are very inexpensive. Quick Spa is Hawaii’s first quick massage clinic.

“I got the idea to bring quick massage to Hawaii after visiting Japan” said Reid Lyons, massage therapist and president of Quick Spa. “It’s so convenient to get a treatment for a stiff shoulder in 15 minutes!” Quick Massage is performed over the clothes in a special massage chair or table. Its effectiveness is based on the practitioner’s knowledge of the human structure. “Just because you feel pain in the back of your neck doesn’t mean that’s where the problem is! Pain is a signal which usually shows up in the weakest part of the chain!” Lyons adapted several techniques from Japanese Shiatsu, Chinese Tuina and Sports Massage. “The treatment is more energizing than relaxing. An effective treatment can be done in 15 to 30 minutes instead of the typical hour. This makes it easy to get back to your daily tasks without feeling wiped out.”

Quick Spa opened in November 2007. Quick Spa service includes clinical massage therapy, wellness classes and health products. They are located Street level in the Honolulu prince Hotel, Waikiki. Quick Spa’s treatments starts at 10mins and can last up to 2 hrs depending on the needs of the customer.
