Chairman of the Sports Fishing Club Phillip Shoul is looking forward to the best tournament yet. Two days of comepetitive fishing, with the majority of boats entering the Marlin Division. Shoul says "The current Antiguan record is 771 3/4 lbs for a Blue Marlin, hard enough to reach, but not impossible. It keeps the die hard crews coming back every year." EC$40,000 is up for grabs for best in category and overall performances.
Off the water, this tournament continues to attract family crowds and holidaymakers looking for a record breaking Blue Marlin, Tuna or Wahoo and to enjoy the party atmosphere.

The competitors are lining up from Guadeloupe, St. Barts, St. Martin, Antigua and the United Kingdom as they descend on Antigua this coming weekend for the Annual Sports Fishing Tournament.
