VIBCO 55-2 Pneumatic Piston Vibrators are mounted to hopper walls to increase flow efficiency and produce more consistent weigh batches.
A readymix concrete batch plant was experiencing significant production and operational delays due to cement hanging up on the sides of the hopper. The hangups caused incorrect amounts of cement to be dispensed which resulted in inconsistent batches.
