SUPREME COURT JUSTICES SCREW DISABLED PETER CANNICE IN ADA CASE

Can you please post a notice on the Internet for the following
Assistance. My name is Peter V. Cannice and I was the Plaintiff in the Cannice V. Norwest Case
In the 8th Circuit. My ADA Case was very important, not only to myself but to millions of Americans
With Disabilities or similar issues. My Federal Case was won on two Counts and although I only asked
For One Dollar, they awarded about $380,000.00 and Interest. The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned
By Mental ADA Case and literally laughed in my face and at me when they discussed my “Panic Attacks”
and said the Court would not recognize these “Made Up” Disorders. That created even more pain in my life
after a very long Court battle.

Norwest Bank and Wells Fargo did far more to hurt me than the Court would Discover.
I am seeking some Legal Assistance.
After recovering from the Case and losing when it was Overturned in the Appeals Court, I
I petitioned for the Financial Disclosure Statements for all of the Justices involved. It took
Almost a year to hear back and much of it was redacted. I learned that many of the
Justices in all Courts should have recused themselves as they had significant financial
Relationships with Norwest Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, As an example, the Supreme Court
Of the United States did not my appeal. I was shocked when I received a call from
Washington from a former Clerk that said to look into these Financial Relationships. Sandra Day O’Connor
Had close to a million dollars in stock and 2 of the 3 8th Circuit Court of Appeals Judges had
Very significant amounts of Stock and Mutual Funds where the Defendant, Norwest Corporation, was
A primary party.

Can anyone help me? My attorney in Iowa, Victoria Herring, handled the Appeals after we won
The battle in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. I wanted a separate Appeals
Attorney for the advanced parts of the Case but she advised that she was qualified as her husband,
Mark McCormick was an Iowa Supreme Court Justice. It all sounded wrong but she told me what
To do and at a time when I was so weak I had to be hospitalized for exhaustion. I want the
Courts to know that they don’t have the full story and that the Financial Disclosure Statements should
Be published and I want a way to reopen my case as it has set a horrible precedent for the rights
Of Employers in the Americans with Disabilities Act Cases and Discrimination and Harassment against
A male employee by a Female who sexually assaulted him. There is so much to this case. And I was
Never allowed to contact the Jurors in my case to thank them as the Court sealed the information.
I want them to know that all of the time they spent in my Federal Discrimination Case was totally
Abandoned and overturned by 3 Justices who laughed at me and my Attorney and my Attorney who
Joined in with her nervous laughter. So who was to defend me?

Can you please make this as public as possible as I think this has to be reopened or revisited.
