United States of America (Press Release) May 9, 2008 --
H.R. Bill 1955 is now up for discussion in the Senate that calls for the establishment of a university-based Center of Excellence for the Study of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism in the United States.
“America needs the passage of H.R. 1955 to exonerate the innocent and condemn the guilty, while providing real national security. The tragedy that happened in Rochester could have been prevented with greater public information; it’s tough to differentiate real domestic terrorist groups from peace groups or benign eccentric religious groups that have been wrongfully depicted as terrorists,” said Andrew Stankevich, former director and founder of Friends Helping Friends. www.friends-helping-friends.org
Consider the Nation of Yahweh & Yahweh Ben Yahweh’s rise, fall and current rebirth. After Yahweh ben Yahweh started the Nation in 1979 in Miami, FL. The Nation of Yahweh quickly morphed from a religious movement focusing on empowering black people to an ultra-violent black supremacist cult. Yahweh ben Yahweh and twelve of his followers were convicted in the early 90’s of 17 racketeering acts of murder, extortion and arson. After Yahweh ben Yahweh’s release from prison and his later death, Nation of Yahweh leaders are now calling for an upcoming resurrection of Yahweh ben Yahweh where “the son of God” and issue an ominous “final judgment” against America.
The Southern Poverty Law Center, wrote two stories on the Nation of Yahweh recently orchestrating a hostile takeover at a small, struggling nonprofit organization in Rochester, NY featured the story in it’s 2007 “Year in Hate Report . After joining the board of directors, the NOY member(s) had police forcibly remove the founder and executive director from his office using board resolutions of dubious validity and transferred the company assets to the Nation of Yahweh in writing. This hostile cult takeover happened because better information was not available to the public, particularly those in Friends Helping Friends.
Khalil Amani, a former member of the Nation of Yahweh cult, testified against the Nation of Yahweh and was subsequently placed in a witness protection program in the early 90’s. Khalil Amani went on to be a prolific author, a happily married father of three and outspoken advocate for diversity and inclusivity. “I was a member who lived with the leader and watched him give commands to execute and beat up individuals. This ain’t research! This is first-person testimony!” said Khalil Amani. “If you need proof, you can read my books: “Ghetto Religiosity III: If You Don’t Know, Now You Know!, as well as my memoir from my life in the Yahweh cult and the witness protection program: My id… Ignant & Dissfunkshunal!” www.myspace.com/Khalilamani
