After joining the board of directors, the NOY member(s) had police forcibly remove the founder and executive director from his office using board resolutions of dubious validity and transferred the company assets to the Nation of Yahweh in writing. This hostile cult takeover happened because better information was not available to the public, particularly those in Friends Helping Friends.
Khalil Amani, a former member of the Nation of Yahweh cult, testified against the Nation of Yahweh and was subsequently placed in a witness protection program in the early 90’s.
