Get ready to be trained in the aviation industry by highly skilled flight instructors so that upon completion of your training program, you enjoy the security of knowledge...you have been trained to high quality international standards.
STEP 1- Pass the requisite medical examination
The student is expected to pass the requisite medical examination, namely the CLASS – II. This includes preliminary tests related to Ophthalmology, Audiometry etc. It should be noted that only DGCA recognized doctors/examiners are authorized to conduct such examinations. In case the student requires an appointment with the Classs II medical examiner, AsiaticAir Aviation shall help you with the same. Once the student has completed the Class II exam, he can proceed further towards the training program.
STEP 2 - Get training for CPL - Flying, ground classes and examination
The student has to go to South Africa for undergoing the training for Commercial Pilot Licence. It is a duration of around 12 months. Once he is through with the exams, he will hold a Commercial Pilot Licence issued by SACAA (South African Civil Aviation Authority).
STEP - 3 - Conversion of SACAA CPL to DGCA CPL
If the student is willing to fly as a Commercial pilot in Indian skies, he is expected to hold a licence issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. A foreign CPL holder can get a DGCA licence by just clearing two conversion papers which is held once in every 3 months.
