Tour2india4health is providing rhinoplasty in India at Delhi, Mumbai and Goa at very affordable cost. The aesthetically pleasing nose is one that fits your face with a nice shape and in the correct proportions. A short nose does not fit a long face. A big nose does not fit a petite face and a feminine nose does not fit a masculine face. The key is shape and proportions. Some of the most beautiful faces are those that have perfect symmetry and facial balance. Hospitals of Rhinoplasty in India try to put your nose in better and balance way to suit on your face. Rhinoplasty is used to reshape the nose, with some of the most common rhinoplasty procedures. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. Tour2inia4health has 15 facilities all over India, which provides world-class medical healthcare facilities for rhinoplasty in India
During surgery the skin of the nose is separated from its supporting framework of bone and cartilage, which is then sculpted to the desired shape. Usually all of the incisions will be placed inside the nose. Through the small incisions cartilage and bone are sculpted depending on your problem. To reduce the base of the nose or the nostrils small incisions are placed at base of the nostrils, hidden in the natural crease. Sometimes in more difficult cases or in re-operations, a small incision is made in the columella, the tissue that separates the nostrils. Augmentation of the nasal cartilage may be done with autogenous cartilage grafts taken from the nasal septum or ear cartilage or using silicone implants. Following surgery, a splint will be applied to help your nose maintain its new shape. Nasal packs will also be placed in your nostrils to stabilize the septum (the dividing wall between the air passages). During the first 24 hours-your face will feel puffy, your nose may ache, and you may have a dull headache. The swelling and bruising around your eyes will increase at first, reaching a peak after 2 - 3 days. During the first 2 days after surgery it is necessary to sleep with the head elevated, apply cold compresses to reduce swelling and the possibility of minor bleeding. Most of the swelling and bruising should disappear within 2 weeks or so, stuffiness might continue. Nasal packing will be removed after 48 hours. By the end of 1-2weeks, all dressings, splints, and stitches should be removed. Most rhinoplasty patients return to school or sedentary work within a week or so. Avoid strenuous activity for 2 - 3 weeks. Avoid hitting or rubbing your nose, or getting it sunburned, for 8 weeks. Be gentle when washing your face and hair or using cosmetics Complications are infrequent and usually minor, including infection, nosebleed, or a reaction to the anesthesia. When rhinoplasty is performed from inside the nose, there is no visible scarring at all; when an "open" technique is used, or when the procedure calls for the narrowing of flared nostrils, the small scars on the base of the nose are usually not visible. In about one case out of ten, a second procedure may be required. The corrective surgery is usually minor.
