Alcatel-Lucent, the international communications technology corporation, leased the space to house Alcatel-Lucent University.
Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International in Orlando, negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord.
Rick Solick of Cushman & Wakefield represented Alcatel-Lucent in the transaction.
Emerson International developed CenterPointe on the Park, a master planned commercial park on 55 acres located off SR 436 and I-4 in Altamonte Springs.
