Why Has Wired And Eliot Not Followed Up At All After Posting 30- 50 Of These Complanies? Did Someone Get To Them? Or Perhaps Eliot Had A Personal Agenda In Writing This Story?

Im Sure Many Followed The Comments Suggestion To Write Myspace Yet No Responses Are Ever Given. A Simple Search Of Myspace Plays Or Increase Myspace Plays Shows A Ton Of Services And Software Advertising On Google And The Page Is Full Of These Companies. Why Has Eliot Not Asked Them?

There Simply Is No Credibility To Anything Wired Or Eliot Write About Anymore Anyway. They Have Become Just Garbage, And Eliot Seems To Just Be Putting Anything Out Just To Make A Deadline. Lots Of Just Useless Fluff Stories.

With The New Deal Myspace Has Made With The Majors How Will This Look Or Work If People Are Being Paid By Streaming Stats If The Plays Are All Fake And Manipulated?!

This Type Of Promotion Is Useless As Everyone Knows Now, Including The Majors, Thet Myspace Charts And Popularity Are All Fake Now And Bands Were Doing This To Rise On The Charts And Say They Had A Million Plays. Are Bands And Myspace So Desperate To Appear Popular Even Knowing It Is Irrelevant?! Just Feeding There Egos?

It Would Seem Myspace And Wired Have There Own Special Interest In Mind And Care Very Little About The Indie Artist! There Is Nothing REAL About Myspace Music Anymore....

We should ALL let myspace know that they need to put a stop to these inflated plays services and software! why is myspace not doing anything, unless they are part of the scam themselves! the myspace charts are soooooooo meaningless now!

If enough of us write and let myspace know then at least they will let us know if we all can use these without worrying about myspace playing favorites and deleted some indie bands, while leaving the others to use this kind of service.
