The anonymous survey asked clients to assign a rating of 1-10 to questions reflecting customer service, response times to questions or concerns, satisfaction with the actual settlements negotiated, and overall satisfaction with the company.

An overwhelming 97% of clients were extremely satisfied with the company and a staggering 100% of the respondents indicated they would recommend Total Debt Freedom’s debt settlement plan family or friends.
