Rainco Properties Purchases New Building Offering New Services

Hello
The need for short term housing in this area is growing and we have
not been able to accommodate many people this year. Because of this
we have purchased a new building for short term leasing purposes
only. If all goes as planned we will have 4 rooms available by the
first of July. They will be very nicely furnished,on the second and
third floors of a recently remolded building. There will be a new
modern kitchen with microwave, dishes, cooking pans, silverware,
toaster and coffee maker. There is also a nice modern bathroom. The
kitchen and bath are in a common area will be shared between the 4
rooms. The units is equipped with central heat and air and there is
private off street parking in the rear. The building is only a few
minutes from the downtown area, Kroger grocery, post office, bus
stop and laundry mat. The units will rent for $100.00 per week
week with a two week minimum or longer stay required or $425.00 per
month. There will also be a $200.00 security deposit required.
Utility charges such as,electric, water, sewer and trash are
included in the rent. All rent and deposits must be paid in cash.
We do not accept checks or credit cards. In the near future we will
be adding basic cable and a television to each room for a slightly
