United States of America (Press Release) June 4, 2008 --
Transitional Living Communities began in 1992 in the Mesa, Arizona area to help substance abusers reclaim their lives and get back on their feet.
Through years of effort and hard work, Transitional Living Communities now serves a population of 900 in two states, providing housing, meals and a twelve step recovery program to any man or women who shows a genuine desire to make an effort and reverse the damage he or she has caused in their own life and in the lives of others.
Over the years, Transitional Living Communities has opened various businesses that are staffed and overseen by members of the community. It gives them a chance to work, earn an income and work their way back into the community.
To call Transitional Living Community a charity is doing it a disservice. The community members run various businesses owned by the charity, supporting themselves and the community.
One of those businesses, TLC Towing, offers flatbed towing nearly anywhere in the metro Phoenix area. Because it is a 501c3 charity, all towing profits go directly to Transitional Living Community.
Mesa Towing Com Jeff Brown, is involved in the program. According to Jeff, "I have had ups and downs and that is to be expected. But the good news is I am living life, found a place where I am respected and all I have to do is stay sober one day at a time. Furthurmore, I was given the chance to get this new endeavor for Transitional Communities and trusted to do the right thing. At Transitional Living Community, we are a tight knit community and by surrounding ourselves with like minded people we have found we have a much greater chance to succeed".
TLC Towing offers quality, flat-bed towing to just about any location in the greater Phoenix area. They say their prices are fair and customer service is excellent. Remember, all profits benefit a great program.
