Rebtex ZA has developed a floor tile which is truly sustainable based on its stain -resistant sisal floor coverings

United Kingdom of Great Britain & N. Ireland (Press Release) June 5, 2008 -- After much research and development Rebtex ZA has produced a floor tile which is based on their sisal floor covers. The tiles are produced utilizing the sisal for the top wear surface and this is supported by a base of reconstituted rubber from recycled tyres.

Thus producing a truly sustainable product which can at the end of its long life can itself be recycled, even the bonding agent can be recovered. These products will shortly be available through all Rebtex outlets including Rebtex UK
