June 4, 2008, (Westminster, CO). 3xLogic, the manufacturer of the Vigil line of digital video products, announced today that it opened a new office in Westminster, Colorado in order to serve the US security market directly. The Vigil line of DVR products have been sold in the US and throughout the world for over 10 years under a variety of OEM names.
Several long-time industry veterans have joined 3xLogic to staff the new office including; Michael Davis-General Manager, David Nieweg-Marketing Director, Brian Davis-National Sales Manager, Bobby Constable-Account Manager, Erron Spalsbury-Account Manager and Kris Nickeson-Technical Services.
"Being able to work directly for 3xLogic gives us the ability to provide customers with the best price and responsive support", say's Brian Davis. "Issues like PCI compliance, POS integration and exception reporting are more easily solved with the direct support of the development team at 3xLogic."
3xLogic, formerly known as CSI Technologies, directly employs over sixty people with offices throughout the North America and Europe. The company's products have enjoyed continually increasing adoption in many areas including retail, foodservice, c-stores, gaming, education, hospitality and government. Their client list includes world-class companies like Best Buy, Ikea, Shell Petroleum, Pilot Travel Centers, Bell Canada, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, London Drug and the US Border Project to name a few.
Many users of the Vigil product know it by other names since the product has been sold by a variety of resellers using their own label. Those who know the product have good things to say including Brendan Alexander of Best Buy who say's "The VIGIL Digital Video Recorder has been chosen as the standard DVR for both Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada. Their line of products follows our own high-tech philosophy as we move toward network based, high definition surveillance systems." Similarly, Terry Hunter of Nike states, "We have found Vigil to be the most user-friendly and retail-ready product on the market. This, coupled with its built-in LAN and WAN based technologies, make VIGIL the ideal product for Nike's progression into remote monitoring of its retails outlets."
The new US office is located at 6510 West 91st Avenue in Westminster, Colorado and will be the central location for all US activities. 3xLogic's worldwide corporate headquarters are located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
