An exciting opportunity exists for a Vice President, Cardiovascular
Service Line at Trinity Mother Frances Heart Institute in Tyler
Texas. As the premier provider of heart care in east Texas for
more than 24 years, Trinity Mother Frances Heart Institute offers
state-of-the-art technology with a focus on prevention, early
detection, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
The Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line will report to
the Senior Vice President/Operations and will be responsible for
implementing the vision for the Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals
and Clinics (TMF) Heart Institute / Cardiovascular service line,
which will include overseeing service line strategy and planning,
staff development, budgeting, operations, performance and management
of the Cardiovascular service line to ensure patients receive
high quality, safe, efficient and effective care.
Ideal candidates should possess a Master's degree in health administration
or a related business field and have at least six years experience
in developing and overseeing a cardiovascular product line in
a large integrated healthcare delivery system. An advanced degree
in nursing is highly preferred for oversight and direct responsibility
for the cardiac inpatient units.
