The 96 Ranch now controls 20,525± total acres of which 3,525± acres are deeded with 7,000 acres of surrounding BLM land that total 10,525± contiguous acres. There is an additional 10,000 acres of leased land from the USFS in the Mowry Unit. The ranch owns a portion of Logan Butte and contains some landlocked BLM parcels that have geological fossil beds that have been investigate by renown Geologists from around the world
Currently the 96 Ranch is a working cattle ranch that manages 450± cow calf pairs in a year around cattle operation. There are 500± acres of hay crops; 300± acres irrigated by pivot and wheel lines; and 200± acres that are dry land farmed.
