May 30, 2008 – Clearwater, FL - The Law Offices of Stamatakis & Thalji have recently settled an auto accident claim on behalf of a 57 year old Clearwater woman for $12,500. The accident occured when our client was rear-ended while stopped at a red light on her way to enjoy the day at Clearwater Beach. Our client was struck by two-cars, although one driver was mainly the cause of the accident. Our client suffered from whiplash, soft tissue injuries in her lower back. An MRI also revealed that our client did suffer an aggravation of a pre-existing back injury. Our client did not retain us until 9 months after the accident occured.
