Busrex is built around IT Enabled Business Resource (ITEBR) Teams comprising persons who are IT savvy, possess general business and communication skills and work from their own locations. The Teams would be equipped with necessary IT infrastructure and be mobile. The model also provides assistance in arranging funding for ITEBRs to hasten their infrastructure build up.

The ITEBRs would work at Customers’ premises whenever required on any work that requires computers and or software applications. This would assist the Customers (many SMEs and other organisations postpone their IT investments because of resource constraints) to perform their work with Resource Teams’ infrastructure at a very low cost. Engaging ITEBRs remove or postpone three major worries of all Customers in
