For_Immediate_Release:

United Kingdom of Great Britain & N. Ireland (Press Release) June 11, 2008 -- Cabvert, the UK’s largest independent taxi advertising supplier, has appointed Thomas Bell to the new role of business development manager. He will take over the new role imminently.
Having previously worked for Clear Channel, amongst other major names in the industry, Bell brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience of the sector and so will further strengthen Cabvert’s existing team in London.
With the recent decision to choose the Apple Tree Yard in London’s East End as the location for their new regional operations centre, Cabvert has effectively become the only truly national taxi advertising supplier, with bases in the North as well as the South. The addition of Bell to the team will reinforce Cabvert’s national position and commitment to providing taxi advertising to new, as well as existing clients, in London and the South East.
Having started in his new role at the beginning of the month, Bell commented that he joined the company as he “views Cabvert as a very approachable organisation, and as there is no shareholders to answer to they are able to offer the best possible deals for their clients, which was appealing to me.”
He went on to explain how he “wishes to get the message across that Cabvert provide an honest, approachable and personal service. The financial deals they we can make available for clients teamed with the added value we provide in terms of PR for example, demonstrates the quality of the service that Cabvert can provide. I also believe that the added benefit of being able to offer the Vanvert service is important. Its new and exciting and I think will be especially beneficial for our clients in the Travel and Tourism sectors.”
Lee Dentith, Cabvert MD comments, “I feel that Tom has been a great acquisition to help and support our growth and expansion. Together with the South sales team, Tom’s additional support and great wealth of knowledge of this industry will enable us to successfully develop Cabvert’s business in London and the South of England.”
