KTGY winners encompass recreational use facility, site planning, adaptive re-use and mixed-use categories. Housing honors were bestowed on detached home designs, attached homes, affordable housing and apartment projects. Winning projects are located throughout Northern and Southern California: Irvine, Livermore, Los Angeles, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill, Palo Alto, Pasadena, Rocklin and Sacramento.
