Harrell started the company for folks that had issues finding coverage because of pre existing conditions.So being a rebel he put together plans for the challenged in the health areana.Now he is finding that he is getting his orginal target market however the healthy as well.He said people are confused if they should get a PPO or a HMO or this company or that company.In his interview he said most companies are good and honest.The problem he sees is that sometimes a agent overpromises or the customer really didnt make sure of what they really needed or wanted.because price is normally the big issue we have found that policies alot of time are sold on that basis only vs what the customer really needs or wants as well as what their budget allows.We have plans that range from 8.00 per month on up of course a 8.00 plan is not going to protect you as a 300.00 plan would.But if you cant afford the bells and whistles we believe something is better than nothing and then build upon that.
