Tryout for this special conditioning class on July 1, 2008 at 5:00 PM. Tryout and classes will be on Tuesdays at 32 Count in Freehold, NJ.
Gymnastics Conditioning for 8-14 year old girls.

Allow your child to tryout and train with Karen Goeller BEFORE they try out for the gymnastics or cheerleading team! Let Karen help them gain strength and progress more rapidly in the sport. This conditioning will offer your daughter a greater chance of success. Your daughter will perform gymnastics specific conditioning, drills for skills, and general strength exercises. Your daughter will feel stronger and more confident with her abilities by the end of the summer. Training begins July 1, 2008 at 32 Count Athletic Training Facility in Freehold, NJ. Space is limited.
