(Free-Press-Release.com) July 4, 2008 -- NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd and its associates in Europe and the Middle East are independent companies and no longer have any association, affiliation or ties with the USA company NO-WET Concepts LLC.

In the past NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd has been supplied with some products by No-Wet Concepts LLC. During a visit by NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd to NO-WET Concepts LLC in Spotswood NJ (near New York) in August 2006, NO-WET Concepts LLC failed to show the company’s office, warehousing facilities, manufacturing plant, or any proof of manufacturing the NO-WET products despite requests.

To secure supply of cleaning products for the company’s franchise system in Australia and the international markets, NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd has for some time engaged Australian chemists to formulate products that meet the rigorous environmental criteria set by NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd under its franchise system and to suit the harsh weather conditions in Australia.

NO WET CONCEPTS LLC failed to provide any evidence to support their outrages and unethical accusations made in their smear campaign, despite many requests made by NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd.

Not withstanding recent claims made by No-Wet Concepts LLC they did demand a significant license fee in respect to product which they supplied. All supply arrangements between our company and NO-Wet Concepts LLC have been terminated.

NO-WET Concepts LLC has no patent rights to any product sourced, distributed or manufactured by NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd and no Trade Mark for the name “NO-WET” in the USA or any country in the world.

NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd confirms that it is manufacturing NoWet CarClean products in Australia. It welcomes any potential business partner to visit the manufacturing plant as part of their due diligence on our products and services and to see the operations of the successful mobile waterless franchises in Australia.

Over the past four years NoWet CarClean Pty Ltd has developed a mobile car cleaning business in Australia based on a franchise system and has sourced and developed a range of products and services to support the franchisees.

NoWet Waterless CarClean (International) Pty Ltd specializes in mobile car detailing businesses overseas. These are now operating successfully in the Middle East and Europe. The company receives hundreds of enquiries from around the world.

NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd is the holder of a registered Trade Mark for “NoWet” in Australia.

Associates of NoWet Waterless CarClean Pty Ltd in Europe hold a registered Trade Mark for “No-Wet” for all EU member countries.
