History will always repeat it self in what ever form it chooses to.
Every era has defined Art in a more unique and qualitative manner that best describes its time, event, religion, politics, economy, spirituality and intellectual awareness and human consciousness and development .

The twentieth century offered us an in-depth into the dynamics of human existence and intelligence. As a result of this the 20th century was successful for it flourishing “isms” that summarized belief, time, politics, spirituality, science, environment, art and human consciousness and development.

Drawing close to the end of the first decade of the 21st century, it will be necessary to probe, appraise and dialogue our experience as individual, groups, civilization and human using our forms of artistic expression and awareness.

THE CORRIDOR is an international exhibition of painting and installation that has brought four (4) dynamic and creative artists who will take their viewers through a process of creative dialogue, reasoning and probes.

THE CORRIDOR is a walk way that will lead us the viewers into multiple doors and rooms in other words places referred to as conference rooms.

This exhibition will probe and appraise political ideology and processes, spiritual consciousness, regional and global economy, science and environment, conflict and human monstrosity, ethnicity and identity, space and time. These unique and self esteemed dynamic artists KENT ONAH(Senior lecturer from the prestigious school of Arts and Design,Auchi Polytechnic Edo state), PETRA TIISALA(prolific Painter from Finland) , IKE GERALD( artist and theorist from the prestigious art school,Auchi Polytechnic) and IKIBAH W. HARRISON(Experimentalist and painter from the prestigious school of Art,Auchi Polytechnic) will express their emotions, ideas and philosophy using the strongest and subtlest vocabulary (composition, colors, style, technique and new media).



This epoch exhibition will be a continuous probe, reasoning and dialogue of historical knowledge that will prefer solution to existing global and regional problems, create room for new discourse and forecast regional and global politics, economy, science, environment, art and human consciousness.
The exhibiting artists KENT ONAH, PETRA TIISALA, IKE.C.GERALD, IKIBAH. W.HARRISON will bridge the unbridgeable distance behind us and before us.

THE ORDER

The order of artistic representation has evolved into pluralism, and a more complex and vocalized forms for arts are replacing the old art.
These forms for art are systematically recycled by groups, race, intellectuals with sound knowledge and philosophy.
In cognizance for these artists are free to express them selves without disrespecting any religion or violating human rights.
Artists free to use new media, styles and techniques.

THE CORRIDOR is a passage where people step on common grounds.
