Speak Life Clothing Designs will Hit the Runway on July 12 at Push Push Theater in Decatur, Georgia

Decatur, Ga., (July 10, 2008) – The latest designs from Mia Thornton, owner of Speak Life Clothing Co., will be featured in the Clash of the Arts Music and Fashion Showcase on Saturday, July 12. The event will be held at the Push Push Theater located at 121 New Street, Decatur, Ga. 30030. The Fashion showcase is FREE and will begin at 8 p.m.
The showcase will include exclusive pieces not only from the Speak Life Collection, but also from Holy Couture, Dyme Clothing, and many more.

This event is the hottest artist and fashion show in the nation. It challenges conventional fashion shows and designer to search for meaning behind their concepts and designs.

“This event is not to showcase just another brand, but more of a way of life,” says Thorton one of the designers who will be featured in the Clash of the Arts Music and Fashion Showcase.

Like many of the designers, Thornton believes in a bigger message behind her designs.

Thornton’s Speak Life Collection is rather unique in the fashion industry. Unlike other shirts that label their wearers as “Vixen” or offer acerbic phrases like “I hear you.
