Prism Powerwash, Inc. Announces New Division – Prism Facilities Services (PFS) Effective Immediately

Prism Powerwash, Inc., Lakewood, NJ, has officially integrated Prism Facilities Services (PFS) as a new division within the operation as of this week. Prism, which has doubled in growth for consecutive years and recently renewed their beach maintenance contract with the city of Fort Lauderdale, has diversified their portfolio of services from solely a commercial power washing company to a full facilities maintenance/ management company. “This is an organic growth for Prism,” says F. Michael Davis, Prism’s President/CEO, “and a necessity in our evolution to service all the needs of the customers in our industry.”

Besides incorporating comprehensive management solutions, PFS will include, but not be limited to, power sweeping, porter service, line striping, exterior painting, coatings removal, illegal dump clean-up, construction clean-up, and 24/7 general repair emergency response. “These expanded services add a unique dynamic to Prism that complements our power washing, hydro demolition, hydro blasting, and graffiti removal services,” says Dina Pagano, Vice President of Facility Services. “It is an exciting juncture for Prism and our customers as we are now better equipped than ever before.”
