Australia, Commonwealth of (Press Release) July 20, 2008 --
redbrickstock.com™ is an Australian based niche photographic library that was set up to address this issue. Unlike many of today's image libraries, our photographers are all hand picked for their particular skills and specialties. We only upload quality images to our site - we are not interested in filling it up for the sake of boasting image quantity, we are only interested in quality. We want our clients to know they can find contemporary advertising and editorial images without the hours and hours of trawling.
The company's Director and founder, well known Australian commercial and advertising photographer Stefan Jannides, has run a highly successful commercial studio for the past 23 years and was contracted to a number of major international photographic libraries before forming redbrickstock.com. "We understand client requirements and we know how to source and produce good photography. This, combined with the depth of experience our photographers bring to the collection and their proven track record in the most demanding areas of the industry is our point of difference".
The library offers both Rights Managed and Royalty Free licensing options across a broad range of categories including lifestyle, food, business, industry and technology, environmental, resources, agriculture and many more. Searching the collection is a simple and quick process. You can search by category, search by keyword or narrow the fields down further with the 'advanced search' feature that allows you to search for verticle or horizontal formats, Model Released only, Royalty Free or Rights Managed etc. You can also easily edit and save your searches with our lightbox editing feature which allows you to save up to thirty images in your personal user account lightbox. The lightbox can even be sent to a colleague or client for further editing.
Once you've found what you are after, purchasing a Usage License is also made easy with our Royaltly Free collections available for instant download as web-ready files or as press-ready file sizes all the way up to A3. For simplicity, Royalty Free pricing is set for each size and Rights Managed pricing, which can be a complicated and drawn out process, is made easy with our on-line pricing calculator. Secure online transactions are made using PayPal.
The library is uploading new shots every day, so the collection is steadily growing, along with new account sign-ups and sales. "The response from clients to date has been very positive and encouraging" says the libraries Account Manager Stephanie Hough. "There is obviously a gap in the market, especially for locally produced stock, so we're gearing up for a very busy and exciting time ahead". Stefan Jannides adds "with deadlines getting shorter and budgets getting tighter, clients that traditionally commission photography are now using a lot more stock so it's a good time to be entering the market with a quality product".
