The Landers Group is proud to name Alon Brenner as the newest member of their management team. Alon joined the Landers Group following a unique and diverse upbringing. Alon grew up in Israel playing sports and got an opportunity to play professional basketball in Europe . Sidelined due to an injury, Alon joined the Israeli army for three years and travelled all over Europe . Realizing his passion to travel, Alon then backpacked across South America stopping in every country. He then made his way up to North America where he ran several businesses including managing 40 kiosks across the U.S. Alon and his entrepreneurial spirit then found his way to the Landers Group.He has been with the Landers Group for several months as an account manager helping boost the company’s consumer sales well over the million dollar mark, he has been a chief player in the marketing=2 0of their many clients and he has contributed to the overall growth of the company. He has had many significant achievements, including the growth of numerous accounts, as well as being a constant fixture on the company’s top 10 account manager list. With the Landers Group, as well as with many other businesses, ownership potential is a key to the success of the venture, and with the momentum that Alon has created for himself, ownership was just been achieved!
Alon just opened a brand new office in San Francisco , CA and has been named the director of operations of his own branch. When we asked Alon where his motivation and hard work derived from, he replied "My mentor Matt Kelly [owner of The Landers Group] has extensive prior experience and success in this business and in teaching and training other individuals; each of these is a key ingredient to being successful for the long haul and for assisting other’s success as well." He went on to say, "Matt has instilled an enormous amount of knowledge in me, and has given me the ability to grow by allowing me to make certain mistakes, and coaching me every step of the way. When I started there was no seniority or politics and the company had a very cohesive team environment that they took great pride in, which was an enormous motivator for m e." The Landers Group follows a philosophy of 100% promotion from within. Various companies boast this but the Landers Group actually follows it. Every person in their organization starts off in the same position regardless of degrees or experience. Their philosophy is: "If you haven’t done it, you can’t teach it."
