United States of America (Press Release) July 24, 2008 --
It took a phone call to the owner of "Tycoon Art Gallery" from Christie's Auction House to set the wheels in motion for a lawsuit to be filed. It was words that "it look's as though the signature had been added to the painting", "it is not authentic" and there was no agreement to put the painting by Vaclav Vytlacil up for sale. The young lady who first stated to Corbett McCarthy "it look's as though the signature had been added to the painting" has put the reputation of Tycoon Art Gallery on the line. I will state this for the record a lawsuit will be put in motion and we'll let the Courts decide, bring on your experts, there is no question that this is a painting by Vaclav Vytlacil, it is signed front and back and in fact his hand print is also on the painting. To call it atypical of his work by those so called experts of Christie's only shows their ignorance, Vytlacil was in fact a teacher at the "Art Students League" NYC and taught figure drawing.

Tycoon Art Gallery, will take on Christie's Auction House !!!
