Olivier was a Principal in the Hospital, Systems and Services sector of Heidrick & Struggles' global Healthcare Practice. He will continue to concentrate his executive search work on boards & executive management, senior leadership, physician executives and functional leadership positions within academic, non-profit and investor-owned hospital & health systems, as well as healthcare service organizations.
Olivier has over 19 years of experience in the healthcare service sector. Formerly, Olivier was the Director of Recruitment for a large, national investor-owned hospital system. Olivier also holds an undergraduate degree from Davidson College, an MHA from Duke University and currently resides in Brentwood, TN.
