Exclusive Advertising recognizes Shaydee Dahlberg for a great job!

When asked how the Top Leaders meeting impacted her view on her career opportunities’ with Exclusive Advertising, Shaydee responded, "I never new how far I could go in this business until I went to this meeting, and I am honored that I was selected to go." Shaydee started the management trainee program 3 months ago, and has since then put a new meaning to the words determination and success. She has gone above and beyond the standards set for her and in turn has achieved greatness. Exclusive Advertising follows a philosophy of 100% promotion from within. Various companies boast this but Exclusive Advertising actually follows it. Every person in our organization starts off at the same position regardless of degrees or experience. Our philosophy is “If you haven’t done it, you can’t teach it.”
Associates are promoted through our program based on three factors: work ethic, ability to manage people and clients, and aptitude for learning. All of these factors are controlled by the person. There is no seniority or politics. We have a very cohesive team environment that we take great pride in, all of which helped Shaydee outshine her competition. Due to her unlimited success and drive, she has been asked to attend the Dallas Top Leaders meeting July 24th 2008.
Normally, an honor such as this is reserved for the veteran. But the committee recognized the intensity of this rookie, and was ecstatic to extend this invitation to her.
