NEW ORGANIZTION BRINGS TOGETHER WOMEN FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD

Apache Junction, AZ (July 28, 2008) – Dr. Deitra C. Payne, President of C. Payne Consulting & Training, LLC announces the launch of Women & HOPE. Dr. Payne envisioned the concept of an organization designed to empower women with a renewed spirit almost immediately after starting her consulting business in 2006. After attending numerous networking events for her consulting business, Dr. Payne often heard women speak of wanting to belong to an organization in which they felt supported by other women, and one that provided the resources and tools that would inspire, uplift and empower.

Women & HOPE is a global community and empowerment magazine for women. It is all about women coming together from all over the world to support one another in achieving their goals so that every woman is successful in every aspect of her life. During the research stage of Women & HOPE, Dr. Payne received excitement and wonderful feedback on Women & HOPE from women all over the world to include places as far as South Africa, Australia, and Scotland.

"I am excited about the launch of Women & HOPE. I have always been passionate about helping others and believe it is my purpose for being. HOPE is an acronym for Helping Others Propel to Excellence. My goal for Women & HOPE is to bring together women from all over the world who support one another, so that every woman is living her best life. I am so excited about all of the wonderful plans for Women & HOPE, including partnering with a non-profit organization that supports women" says Dr. Payne.

Membership is free and there are so many great benefits to becoming a member. Not only do you have the opportunity to be a part of a wonderful organization, you also become aligned with a group of women who are dedicated to supporting other women in achieving their goals. Among them are the women of the HOPE Committee, a group of eight members who have volunteered their time to help make Women & HOPE a success. Each year, a new group of members are selected to serve on the HOPE Committee. The HOPE Committee is a great opportunity for members to gain exposure for their business or cause. Dr. Payne has always had the entrepreneurial spirit and in 2006 she realized her dream of becoming an entrepreneur when she started her consulting business, C. Payne Consulting & Training (CPCT), LLC. It was her passion for helping others succeed that motivated her to start her own business. The mission of CPCT is to empower its clients with the knowledge, tools and resources to succeed. Dr. Payne was recognized in the 2006 issue of the Arizona Woman magazine as one of five Valley women CEO's. Dr. Payne is a motivational speaker, success coach and author. In keeping with her passion and excitement of helping others, Women & HOPE has now been born.
