Brad's Kid's Toy Drive a Huge Success

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 31, 2008 -- The second annual Brad's Kid's Cancer Toy drive on Friday July 25th drew over 650 people. The event was early at 8pm but but still drew a huge crowd. The event collected 7,000+ toys for children with cancer. "We couldnt have asked for a better turn out," said Brad Pogofsky, the event organizer. " Our whole goal was to collect the most toys possible for kids with cancer.

The event featured food compliments of Hooters and Dairy Queen. Models from the Ocean Model Group greeted guests at the door and collected the toys. Several Chicago White Sox Owners attended the event along with Stan Wozniak, and Playboy's Terry Flynn.
Pogofsky, 31, son of Chicago White Sox owner Larry Pogofsky, started the event last year and watched it grow from 300 people and 3,000 toys last year to 650 people and 7,000 toys.
