(Free-Press-Release.com) July 31, 2008 --
July 31, 2008: Cincinnati, Ohio — Caregivers Health Network recently completed the survey conducted by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) for Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies who provide Skilled Nursing, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Medical Social Work and Home Health Aide visits to homebound patients in need of assistance.
On July 3, 2008, after the three day on-site survey, which included home visits, and audits of employee files and patient charts, Caregivers Health Network was informed by the ODH that their re-certification survey ended without any areas of deficiency.
“Deficiency free surveys are rare in the home health industry and this accomplishment indicates a significant effort on the part of the administration and staff, stated Mary Allen, President. “I congratulate our team at Caregivers Health Network for all of their hard work and dedication to our mission of skilled, compassionate home health care.”
