With Lowe's as the major tenant, the city is ecstatic with the design of the 3 pylons that fit perfectly into the architecture and city beautification. Jemsite Development is based in North Carolina, and Stan Roble Designs is based in Los Angeles CA. All manufacturing and installation will be done by HLC a well known signage supplier, also based in North Carolina.
