Intellectual property is property one owns and
once placed on paper you are the sole owner of
it for the rest of your life.
For a copyright with hardly no money that will win
in court send the idea to yourself registered
mail and don't open up the envelope after ya
sign for it. This is a common law copyright.
For less the money then www.copyright.gov however
